Link a work phase to a supplier

Linking the work phases is what turns a registered supplier into an assessable one: it is the connection the interference assessment is built on. The supplier must already exist — Add a supplier.

1. Open the office where the supplier operates.

2. From the office menu, select Work phases.

3. Select the work phase, or add it if it is not there yet.

   

4. Open the work phase with the expand button.

5. Select Suppliers from the menu.

   

6. Click the New icon and select the supplier.

   

7. Click Save.

If the supplier is not linked to this office yet, the association is created automatically. It carries permissions with it: see Link a supplier to an office.
