Limits

Operations it cannot perform

The AI cannot:

• delete data;
• create or modify projects and sites;
• manage users and permissions;
• modify existing sessions and certificates.

For these, use the 4HSE interface — the user guide agent can explain how.

What it does not access

• the data of other users;
• files on your computer.

It follows the same permissions as the 4HSE account it is acting for: the AI sees what you see, no more.

What it is not

Not legal advice	it gives general guidance on regulations, not binding advice. For critical legal matters consult a qualified professional — safety manager, consultant, lawyer
Not an emergency tool	in case of danger, follow company protocols and contact the competent authorities
Not commercial or regulatory authority	through MCP in particular, it provides neither commercial information nor regulatory advice

Memory

The AI only remembers the current conversation. Every new conversation starts from scratch.
