Export deadlines and calendar

Both tabs of the scheduler can be exported, each in a different format.

Tab	Format	What you can do with it
Calendar	.ics	import the scheduled activities into another calendar or time management tool
Deadlines	.csv	work on the list in a spreadsheet

1. Apply the filters so that the list contains what you need — see Scheduler filters and columns.
2. Click the export button in the toolbar of the tab you are in.

The export follows the filters currently applied, not the whole archive. Both the office scheduler and the desktop scheduler export the same way.
