Change your password

The password is the main way into the platform. You can change it at any time from the account panel — if you cannot log in at all, use Reset your password instead.

1. Open the account panel and go to Account security > Access settings.
2. Click Update in the password section.
3. Enter your current password, to confirm it is you.
4. Type the new password, following the requirements shown.
5. Type it again to confirm.
6. Click Save.

Tip

Use at least 8 characters, mixing numbers, upper and lower case letters and symbols. Then turn on two-factor authentication: a strong password alone is no longer much of a defence.
