v2.52.0 — May 2026

Person profile photo — You can now upload a profile photo on each person, with the picture shown next to the identity fields in the form and carried over to the person view.
Person verification badge with QR code — A new “Show verification QR” action is available on each person. The QR points to a public verification page that displays the person’s photo, identity details, employer, qualifications, and grouped certificates (training, health, PPE, procedures, checks) together with an overall preventive compliance status.
Public verification page — A dedicated public page renders the person badge from the QR link, with mobile-friendly layout, downloadable attachments, qualifications driven by the risk aggregator, and a clear message when the link has expired.

Refined person badge layout — The badge document now shows hire date, contract type, qualification and role, a unique code with QR, and the generation date. Certificate attachments have been removed from the badge view, and the overall status is now expressed as “Preventive compliance: valid / not valid”.
Longer-lived signed verification links — Signed verification URLs can now be issued with a longer validity, making badge QR codes usable for extended periods without regeneration.
Photo deletion confirmation — Deleting a person photo now asks for explicit confirmation to prevent accidental removal.

Items of archived persons no longer appear as active — Records with their own active period (for example a person’s office assignment) are now correctly hidden when their parent record has been archived.

Print templates can be saved again from related grids — Fixed an error that prevented saving print templates from grids showing related records.
