Attaching Files to Training Actions

You can always attach files to safety-related actions: storage space is unlimited (both per site and per project) and there are no restrictions on file types or extensions.

Specifically, regarding training, several types of files can be attached functionally.

If you need to attach course-related documents, such as a test to be administered or a course presentation file, go to the course’s “Attachments” tab.

If instead you need to associate a certification obtained by a specific employee, we recommend attaching the document directly to the employee’s profile under the relevant site, as shown here:
