Creating Projects

Section titled “Section: Multi-Company Panel | Menu: Projects”To add a new project to the Multi-Company Panel, open the 4HSE start menu, click on Multi-Company Panel, and open your panel.
From the Projects menu, select New and fill in the required project details.
Projects created through the Multi-Company Panel are automatically linked to the panel and user access is set accordingly.
The ability to create new projects in the Multi-Company Panel is restricted to administrators (users with the “Admin” role in the panel). The first admin user is activated by 4HSE technical support during the initial setup of the Multi-Company Panel.
Users with the “Manager” level do not have this privilege, but they can work within all existing projects.
To assign the Admin role to other users, there must already be at least one user with admin permissions. If the first admin user is not available or you do not yet have access to the Multi-Company Panel, please contact our technical support team or sales department to request activation.
IMPORTANT!
Projects not created this way (i.e., created using the desktop tool — see image below — or via the “try now” link on www.4hse.com) will not be linked to the Multi-Company plan!
These projects are of the Corporate type, meaning they are valid for managing a single VAT number, typically corresponding to the company listed on the service invoice.
Upon creation, Corporate projects start in TRIAL status. If they are not formally activated (outside of a Multi-Company plan), they will be suspended after 15 days and deleted after 90 days, as outlined in the Terms of Service.
Additionally, access to these projects is not shared with users enabled in the Multi-Company Panel. Any additional users will need to be added manually.
