Downloading a Single File

By selecting a single file in the file system and clicking the Download button, the file will be immediately downloaded to the user’s device.

Downloading a Folder

By selecting a folder and clicking Download, the system will start creating a ZIP archive containing all files within that folder.

Monitoring Download Progress

The creation of the ZIP archive may take some time, depending on the size and number of files in the folder.

You can monitor the progress of this process by accessing the Tasks section, located in the user menu at the bottom-right corner of the interface.

Completion Notification and ZIP Download

Once the ZIP archive has been generated, the user will receive an email containing a download link.

The link will remain active for 48 hours from the time of generation. After that, the file will no longer be available for download.

Note

• If the ZIP file is not downloaded within 48 hours, the process must be repeated to generate a new archive.
• ZIP generation time may vary based on the number and size of the files contained in the selected folder.
